If you look at the item up for auction and imagine it in the most horrible state it could possibly be- then you'll have the closest guesstimate of what you will be receiving (well, maybe you'll receive it- that's it they decide to give you everything you have paid for). When you imagine it in its worst state, make sure to include- what it might look like on the other side (not in the picture), what it might smell like (items like books, clothes, HATS, and the like will hold that smell forever), how huge or tiny it could be, etc. Then, think of the absolute worst customer service experience you've ever had, and you can extremely accurately foresee the future, if you bid. Please, take your business elsewhere. There are some great competitors out there. Just from my most recent experience - I spent over $700 and received a hat that stunk to the high heavens, and from a lot of greeting cards I received 5 of the 11 in the photo. Another lot of 6 needlepoint kits was provided with only 5 kits. When items are missing out of the lots, it is not some random item, but the best in the lot. This action is theft, and illegal. And the attitude is that they do not have to even respond to you when something like this occurs and you try to resolve it. Attitude is "take it or leave it." Please, leave it. Learn from my mistakes. If you look up this company on facebook, where they are selling for themselves (not some poor elderly person) you'll see that they certainly know how to list an item, but for these auctions choose not to. Don't bid, and please warn every elderly person or otherwise who might think of calling them. I will be investigating whether their actions are appropriate for small claims court. Hopefully, you will avoid this.

Do not bid on anything from them
Do not bid on anything from them. Almost all electronics are unable to be tested and if they don't work (and unfortunately in my experience haven't) they do not take responsibility and won't refund. Also any card sets could be missing the top cards and collectibles very well will be damaged and concealed from pictures when bidding. Stay away from them. Primetime Auctions LLC was the seller from Auction Ninja. Auction Ninja takes no responsibility for scam sellers under their umbrella and offers no help at all.

Wow, where should I begin? 1st off, you are not new to our auctions, you've purchased literally hundreds of items in a short 6 week period totalling an impressive $2,599.44. One should question why you continually made large purchases when the items were in the "worst state possible". I could understand if you made one purchase and had these problems, but you kept coming back AND each time had 4 or 5 pages worth of items many of which were huge lots. In fact, you often needed to leave pick-up, unload your car and come back because you purchased so many items that they didn't fit in your vehicle. This doesn't sound at all like the behavior of someone who wasn't happy with the items they've bought. rnNow let's look a little deeper; you first came on to my radar at an auction pick up in Dix Hills. You took 2 large boxes full of flower Frogs and the like that didn't belong to you and placed them in your car. We unfortunately didn't realize at the time that it happened because your order was right next to theirs and we are very trusting. We told you that we'd bring the items out but you insisted on "helping" and helped yourself you did. The actions you took that day actually made us change our policy about allowing customers who see their order, wait for us to hand it off.rnThe "true" owner of the items you took came later in the pick up and that's obviously when we realized they were gone. We realized alphabetically that the order was next to yours and figured out quite quickly that your behavior of not letting us help you carry items to your car made sense. When I reached out to you - you said that your grandchildren were over for a few days on vacation but that you'd check your car as you still hadn't emptied it yet. You did call days later and sure enough, the items were indeed in your car. I listened for 5 minutes while you explained that you were a Christian woman and God fearing and that you would never do such a thing and met up with you in a parking lot the same day to get the items back. rnrnThe Dix hills auction is the one you're referring to with the odors and the like. You had purchased a few burlap feed bags and destroyed them by throwing them in your washing machine. These did smell, they've been in an attic garage for 50 years. You knew they smelled when you tried to wash them. Why then do I have a text from you pleading with me to sell you the rest of the feed bags and not put them in an auction? If they stunk so horribly and you felt taken advantage of, why on earth would you want the rest of them?rnOh, and the Glassware, yes indeed, they were out of a dirty attic too, truly filthy. However, you were so excited to tell me that you sold all the Chemex Coffee pots that you purchased for $65 each and wanted to buy more.rnrnAs to my character, remember the east islip auction where you bought 4 pages of items and had to again make 2 trips? You left one lot of books behind which filled a Rubbermaid bin. I drove all the way out east to your home to deliver them to you without you even asking. 40 miles round trip. What other company does that?rnrnAs for the "best in the lot " missing, not sure what on earth you're referring to and challenge you to come up with one missing item as we go over all orders piece by piece at pick up with you present. rnAnd one last thing; if you're going to try and trash me by using another customers review, you might want to make sure they're talking about the 3 Little Witches.
