We want everyone to have a smooth and easy pickup. The association is located at the end of a cul de sac, within a stone walled entrance. Please be courteous of the neighbors, their driveways, and the association. Look for the yellow/black Auction signs with arrows. We are requesting that you text (860)235-8628 with the last name on your invoice 30 minutes prior to your arrival.

Directions: Once you turn off Route 146 in Guilford to Old Quarry Rd you will drive to the end of the road. There will be “Auction Pickup” signs directing you. Once you reach the cul de sac with a stone entranceway you will proceed through that and take the second turn off the roundabout (go straight). You will use the second driveway after the roundabout. We will have an orange cone blocking the driveway and someone directing traffic. Pickup is a first come first serve order. The driveway is 1 in 1 out rule so we will have someone allowing that order. If you happen to be waiting to go into the driveway please allow enough space on the road to let other cars pass by.

Many of the lots will be arranged outside for you at time of pickup. However we will not have them packed. We ask for the winning bidders to inspect each lot and pack for transportation. Some lots are delicate and would require some sort of packing materials. Please be prepared to pack/load your items accordingly

You are responsible for bringing your own packing and moving materials; as well as appropriate vehicles, tie downs and man power. We do not supply packing materials or tools. Labor may or may not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly.

We do our best to make pick up as fast and efficient as possible. We handle orders on a first come, first serve basis. To expedite service at pick up please TEXT (do not call) your last name, invoice number and planned arrival time to the auction manager at least 30 minutes prior to arrival.
