You are responsible for bringing your own packing and moving materials; as well as appropriate vehicles, ...view moretie downs and man power. We do not supply packing materials or tools. Labor may or may not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly.

We do our best to make pick up as fast and efficient as possible. We handle orders on a first come, first serve basis. To expedite service at pick up please TEXT (do not call) your last name, invoice number and planned arrival time to the auction manager at least 30 minutes prior to arrival.

LIMITED IN-HOUSE SHIPPING AVAILABLE, 3RD PARTY SHIPPING

In House Shipping - Once the sale concludes, kindly contact us at 21ca.auctions@gmail.com to confirm your invoice and address details for shipping arrangements. It's up to you to initiate communication regarding the shipment of your items. We'll offer a price estimate based on the size and weight of the lots you've won. We ship USPS Priority Mail. There's a flat $20 fee for the first hour of shipping and $15 per hour thereafter. Shipping cost is additional; please contact us for an estimate. Invoices over $250 require signature on delivery, with included tracking. Delivery may take up to 2 weeks depending on size of invoice.

3rd Party Shipping - It is your responsibility to arrange 3rd party shippers to come pick up your items during the scheduled pickup dates and times. We recommend a couple options locally. Feel free to use a shipper of your choice if you have one already.
