Very easy pick up, super organized... very nice and helpful

This auction pick up was well organized, plenty of staff to direct you, very pleasant people. The only less than optimal comment I have is that I had reached out via email 2 days prior to ask about the pick up environment. The piece I purchased was rather big and heavy. I never got a response so I assumed it was as described for all the other items, outside on loading level. Past moving experiences had me prepared for some heavy lifting anyway. I was driving over an hour to pick up, sent the ETA text 30 mins prior as requested and 10 minutes before arrival received a call, which I missed, and then a text asking if I was prepared (man power, etc) to remove the item from the 2nd floor. The item as mentioned was massive for the space it had to moved through a tight doorway, hallway, narrow turning stair, etc. all of which I had asked about in the email and would have brought an additional hand for if I knew. So long story short, the communication could use some sprucing up. All in all it was a good experience and I would purchase from them again.

Seller did not respond to numerous emails sent asking for recommendations for a local company that could pick up, pack and ship to me in NY. I found one on my own. If they prefer not to recommend places, I understand. But at least write back and say sorry, we don't/won't/can't.

Seller was friendly. The listing was as described. Clear signage to find the location of the pickup.

Pickup was well-organized and quick, but multiple items were not as described. One item had multiple serious flaws (cracked through, unable to stand upright) despite listing in "good condition". Be careful/skeptical.
